You got over a lot? What were they?

I'm trying to. Perhaps you can tell me how you did it, what did it take, and how did you start, what changes were made by you?

I still can't overcome not being able to sleep without the tv on.
Going to stores, gets me crazy, I can't be there for even a short while.

Acrophobia:

An abnormal fear of high places.

The way to over come any fear is to confront that fear head on. Thus this is the way I over came the fear of high places.

Not to be mistaking with Arachnophobia; which is the fear of spiders. I played with spiders as a child.

i had a fear (in fifth grade) of punks and goths. all i had to do to get over that was to actually listen to their conversations and hang out with them. i found out they were the nicest group of people i ever met. they were very funny and polite too. behind all the black clothes, peircings and black lipstick and eyeliner (and may i mention these were dudes! haha) they were very nice. and they were all two years older than me so that made it pretty cool! im still close friends with them still. (and i guess now i am one :P) and i found out recently that one of them had a crush on me since last january! i'm in 9th grade now.
