If the closure of the eye is more prolonged and accompanied with a grin, he's winking.

If he does it every six seconds with a scowl he's a blinking nuisance

If Cyclops blinks then he/she would have a normal facial reaction. If Cyclops winks then his/her nose and cheek area would wrinkle up to the reaction of the muscle pull.

The wink is an intentional facial features made by ability of quickly final one eye; that is outstanding from the blink by ability of the undeniable fact that the different eye remains open. i assume it would be much less complicated to tell if the cyclops become male and had no pants on!

I cant make up my mind if this question is racist or at the very minimum politically incorrect , I was going to report you for one or the other, but knowing how the yahoo system works I think my complaint would be taken seriously! And I'm pretty sure we have a bunch of 'equality for cyclops' groups out there?

A wink starts on the left or right side of the eye....a blink starts in the center...

lol. I do believe you can tell the difference by if the shutting of the eye comes with a nod and a 'top of the mornin', its a wink. without its a blink. I will experiment with my one eyed winking sea weasel.
