Are you talking about writing a direct mail piece? There are a number of factors to consider: the demographics of the readers, their relationship with you, the time of the year, the promotion you might be running, the action you want them to take (set up a sampling, hire you outright). I'd probably include a good headline and some testimonials as well.

It might be a good idea list a menu, address, hours and coupons. Check with the local newspaper to see if you can include them in the weekend papers. Best wishes.
