I am a young sister mash-allah and my intendent and I set our date of marriage for the eid. However we have decided the sunah-the-betta, so we asked about getting married in the month of Ramadan. Some said yes we would get more blessings and some said to wait intill after, We have discovered that waiting is bringing us more fitnah. So can you give us some advise on what we should do inshallah, and may Allah reward all of you Amin!

Get married when you want to. The day doesn't make the day, it's the people that come to the celebration

everybody's life is a big examination that comes into being from small quizes, and you are asking about one now! The matter is how you see it, then solving is easy! Ramadan is Mubarak month and everythin made in this month should be favorable.

I wish great patience from Allah for you, sister!

i suggest waiting. only because it will be difficult for you guys not to have...sex...during the day time anyway...and ramadan is supposed to be the month of resisting temptation! which is one of the reason we restrain from eating, drinking, using bad language, or engaging in cohabitation! so take this as a test from allah and wait until after ramadan. inshallah khair, and mubruk!

well nothing wrong in it..if you get married on the first day of Ramadan or when Ramadan ends thereafter two days later, both are Good, the first chance you missed ;now you have one alternate left..think about it.Well are you looking for or counting on blessing.whenever wedding happens there is always a float of blessings.Inshaallah..do the bismillaha e rehman..

It would be better that you did not marry (inshallah) at all and avoid creating more insurgents.
