Spices. Not really an invention but it is what put them on the map and what they are famous for.

The most important is religious tolerance. The US could learn a lot from Indonesia in that regard.

That is what I know
Food (Tempe), Alternative Healing (Dukun), Armor (Keris), Building (Candi Borobudur), Social (Gotong Royong, musyawarah dan mufakat). I am sure there is plenty of them but I dont know
