Being eaten by Insectoids is the clear loser.
So..."accelerated development" by Reptilians, or "kept as pets" by Cute Puppy Dogs....
The former might be a lot more painful and distressing, but I'll risk it: Bring on the Reptilians!

The only possible sensible choice here is the Reptilian Invasion, but how are some beastly subhuman creatures that don't even have lips going to accelerate human development? And by the way, to accelerate human development, you are going to have to do more than "wish"

i wouldnt want any of them.... but i would have to say the reptlian extraterrestrials because once we get the development we can destroy them with their own weapons :)
