You did not say what kind of seal.
There are numerous government seals online. Every state has one. Go to a website of any state, and there should be a seal on the first page. Also true for the Federal government. Good luck.

Make one yourself, by imagining a logo for your new company, that is all your own, and make your name part of that seal.....presto......Disney....etc.

try google images or flickr.com and type in "seal", or you can try clipart on microsoft word
or you can always draw it :)
