We put on push up bras and pay tons of money to have our hair colored just right. We get our nails done and wax our p*ssy's. We shop for great clothes and love lacy panties. We shave our legs and spray perfume all over us..... WE ARE TRYING AS HARD AS WE CAN TO BE SEX OBJECTS. Why on earth would we get offended when someone FINALLY viewed us as that?

I'll probably get some hell for this answer, but that's ok!
I'm 32, married and a mom to a bunch of kids....I got to say, it's fine with me if I'm viewed as a sex object! My husband loves and respects me, and doesn't make me feel like a sex object at all. And he is the only man in the world that I want to be with, but if other men want to look at me, I'm totally ok with it! I'm just happy that I'm still in great shape and look good enough for men to want to look at me!

It’s a bit hypocritical on their part to rebuff their status as sex symbols, because they encourage that depiction more than men. Men maybe behind the investment capital that makes the fashion industry possible, but it is women who shape what is fashionable for women. It is women who are more critical of other women’s appearances more than men. It is women who insist on using blush, eye shadow, eyeliner, threaded eyebrows, glitter, foundation, lipstick, pushup bras, body suits, highlighted hair and high heels to give them an appearance that is not naturally theirs. If they are insistent on fabricating their looks to make themselves appear as something they are not, why criticize men for viewing you as the shallow caricatures that you doll yourselves up to be?

You don’t need Oprah, ladies, to tell you that men are your problem. Just listen to good old Lawrence when he tells you that you are your own worst enemy.

It'll be worse if nobody wants us anymore. So I guess between the two, I choose sex object.
