what you think people actually buy IPODS?

Sometimes some places "can" afford to give away free stuff because it is a tax writeoff.

FOR PEOPLE GOING INTO BUSINESS REMEMBER THIS AND GIVE GENEROUSLY.

IMO if it is a "well known" website with a "whois" listing, or you are able to report abuse then it "may" be real.

However there are a kazillion and one scams out there.

But as with any contest I wouldn't count on it.

Radio Stations are well known for giving out prizes.. I've even won a prize from a radio station (a PlumpDj's CD)

So while some contest may be "real" some others may be criminal in nature.

You mentioned contest. That should mean that you are in competition with others to win it, and someone will, if it is an honest contest. That is probably very big odds that it will be you. Please do not invest any money. Legitimate contests do not work that way. There are so many good sounding scams around by people who want only your money, the key words are hold your wallet, and beware.

Scam, it involves money it shows that other mess and if you click on the term sheet where it explains that it involves money, the list is so long you wouldn't want to read so you think you have something free but in the end it's not.

Nobody gives ipod's away for free, does it mean that this is the prize for the contest winner?
