i have a question about harvesting wild mushrooms if anyone knows anything about this please give an honest/serious answer.

im not talking about ones to make you hallucinate or get a buzz whatever you want to call it, i mean edible mushrooms you can go out and pick in the wild.
ive looked online and they only show me dangerous/non-edible ones, and wont show me any in this area/state that are edible to be picked and eaten. ive thought about going to the store and looking at the ones they have there and see if i can pin-point them out around here.
thank you all for your time and answers!

You do not say where you live, so you will have to do the search, and this is how you go about it. Lets say you live in Tennessee, on the search line type: Tennessee Edible Mushrooms.
That is it, you will get leads for both the wild and the edible for your state, and it will include pictures.

What we have in MN are Morrels They look like a sponge, full of holes. They are expensive to buy or to order at a restaurant. They're out in the spring around the time the Lilacs bloom. Try this
