When you search for something, the answers come up in order of most recently asked. Otherwise, you search for answers for something that was resolved ages ago and cannot answer anything because it is too late.

It would help if there was some way I could completely and permanently blank individuals who strike me as being too stupid to bother with.
Preferably by IP address, so that no matter how many new identities they made I'd never have to put up with them again.

That you could arrange your profile page the way that you want it.
example: I would like my answers to be showing up 1st and if you
wanted to delete one of your old questions that didn't get proper
responses you could do that too.

investigate repeated questions, and iif found to be true, fine them 10 points every time the question is asked thereafter, by the same asker

Make it illegal to quote or reference wikipedia. Either you know the answer or you do not. You can't drag in a reference for everyone to read to know if your answer is OK. Use your own brain and experience for a change.
