3- Phoenix, Silver Surfer, Rich Rider (Nova I), Adam Warlock, Captain Marvel
4- Proteus, Mikhail Rasputin (there's two obscure ones for you...)
5- I have to agree- Galactus. Not only can he eat entire planets, but he's the wielder of the Power Cosmic. The Silver Surfer only has a fraction of that power- Galactus has the whole thing.

Thing (Ben Grimm), Hulk (Bruce Banner), Gladiator (Shi'ar Royal Guard; he clobbered Colossus of the X-men), the Champion (Elder of the Universe) Silver Surfer (he beat The Champion...!)
Silver Surfer, Captain Universe, Galactus (any of his heralds) Nova, Air Walker, Terrax the Tamer, etc. I think also Quasar.
Shaper of Worlds, his apprentice Glorion.
Galactus wins.
