What the military used is called remote viewing. It is specific in that an individual can be trained, given a set of coordinates with no additional information, do the deal, come back and report specific, accurate information about people, place and activities. (There's a Great book about this by a former military participant in this program - if only I could remember the title!)
- Whereas astral projection or astral travel is most common during sleep, usually does not involve a predetermined destination or purpose, and is often classified as 'dreams.'

Astral projection. It takes a great deal of discipline and meditation to reach that state, and I highly doubt the US military would use that, because you'd have to be practicing this for YEARS before you can learn to control it, much less even remember what you saw. Theoretically.

It is called Remote Viewing - A great book is written by Courtney Brown PhD who made many discoveries using this process "SRV Scientific Remote Viewing" a procedure highly classified developed by the U.S. military. If you want the e-book I can send it to you or anyone else interested in this.

Astral Projection.. and i cant say if the yank army use it. But if you want to know about it, read books of methaphysic and some of budaism...
