I use One Source for my Prenatal Vitamins,
It has a coating over it so you dont taste it.
Do you like in the US, go to walmart they have bottles!

some of u guys are so cruel.....but honey please explain further...are u wanting to prevent or conceive pregnancy? anyways how about this go to a womens clinic and talk it over with someone their they can help u or if u are underage....call the pregnancy help hotline they have answers

Both ways you still have to go to a Doctor!!!!!
and depending on your body they would always be the best to ask because they explain them in detail including side effects...

as far as prenatal vitamins i think the best ones are the ones ur dr. gives u or he prescribes you.
