I put way too much pressure on myself.
I known I need to chill out before I have a breakdown, but I can't bring myself to put down the books.

I agree with the first guy, chill out and have a night out just for yourself, take deep breaths and take a long bath.

Well, go into the living room and turn on the TV. Get on the computer and drink pepsi and eat candy. Or you could read something fun like series of unfortunate events. Or you could write about these things in your diary.
