What did yourself do to you, and can you forgive yourself for what yourself did? Or is yourself talking bad about you behind your back to your friends? Is the relationship salvagable, and do you really WANT yourself back?

So long self, there's no room for two, I've found somebody else.

You have to discover why you are not at peace and solve it. e.g. if you are not at peace becasue you have fallen out with someone who was very close to you many years ago, maybe you need to go and make a mense. Sometimes, we have to look deeper than we think, but there is always a reason for our worries and stresses. good luck

You put what ever it is that has got you feeling this way out of your life, learn from it, move on from it and get on with it and just be at peace with yourself.

meditation can help

just realize that ur not perfect and accept u for who u are not wut others think about u

just be happy with everything u have/got

follow the eightfold path, four noble truths etc

release all the hatred and jealousy and fear from within etc and hopefully ull be at peace with urself

figure out what your problems are and address them one at a time. Don't worry about the things you can't change.
