my boyfriend looks at porn before his shower before he leaves for work when he comes home for lunch so what should i do and when he is on the computer its like i am not even here

Why do men look at porn when they have a woman of their own? Here's what I think. They look at porn to be entertained. Have you seen how those women perform in the movies? That's not really natural. There's not too many women in the real world who have the stamina to do that stuff. If only these men who watch those movies realized how painful it is for the actors, they might not be so turned on. The women sit on ice packs to relieve the swelling and pain. Who knows how many of the women actors suffer from a descended uterus and/or other physical problems as a result of what they do.

To be honest i haven't met a man and there are actually quite a lot of women that like to watch porn. Its not about fancying their partner or not. Especially if its just regular porn.
I think you can look at it in two ways - it is something he can do when he is on his own that you are not involved in of you don't like porn. Its really not competition - its mens version of romantic fiction!
Or you can enjoy it with him and find some porn you both like although the majority of porn isn't aimed at females which is one reason that women don't like it so much - they never seem to show the kind of sex that a woman would really enjoy.
Remember that men get far more visuually stimulated than women do women tend to get more stimulated by other things like words - books voices touch and it tends to take them longer.
I don't see it as competition -its just what he does - its like theres no point being offended if he wants to do it by himself sometimes or if you do. Its normal.
However - not having sex with you because he wants to look at porn all the time, or prefering porn all the time to normal physical relations is not normal and that is something that you would have a legitimate concern about. That would be sex addiction - several hours a day looking at porn.
Taking sneaky looks at porn when he thinks you are in the bath or on the phone to your friends is normaly behaviour - take it with a pinch of salt.

Because porn is over the top. Just like the romance movies that women like so much. If they are just looking at their own woman, then it isn't always as exciting because it isn't 'forbidden'.
If you want to get him interested in YOU, then do something outrageous for him. Maybe that would help. (assuming of course this is a personal question and not just a general topic sort of thing).

Look at the porn with him. It isn't a bad thing. Society made us grow up thinking it was "bad" so we feel "dirty" when we look. It can be fun looking at it, getting idea's, trying new things together.
I find sex to be a wonderful and endless exploration. It never needs to be boring. My boyfriend loves that too. We never know what to expect from the other. We're in our mid 40's and early 50's. We have a wonderful relationship.

Some men are never satisfied, some need it because they don't have it. and they fantasize about being like the porn. Sometimes, it can help a marriage, add a bit of spark back into the marriage.

He may have a sex addiction and is using porn to control it.
have him see a dr about it to be sure he isn't having problems.
Other than that I don't see anythning wrong with it. he is simply fantiaizing. unless he is tring to contact the girls in the pictures and hook up with them, I'd leave him alone and he will be fine.

Porn is addicting and it alters the brain. Studies have shown this. It's very sad.
