If your not born with it then your not gonna get it. And getting @ss implants just sounds stupid. Work out all you want do squats 24-7 and your still not going to have what I like to call that wonderful ghetto booty. Just be happy with what you have and don't worry so much about looks.

If your not happy with what you look like. Take the time to excersie. I am all for bettering my own look. I would recomend that you do squats, lunges, and climbing stairs. Come do the laundry at my house. LOL.. Dont listen to the ones who say be happy and dont try to change yourself. Would they say that to someone who is 350 LBs. No I dont think so. Beware once you change something you will always be looking for the next thing to change. Get to a happy medium and leave it at that.

Do some exercises that create muscle, like the Cross Arrow and lifting heavy weights. Do squats to tone your butt. Also, eat at least 2,500 calories of healthy fats, like nuts and avocados until you reach your muscle mass.

That's a tough one. Fortunately, I was blessed with a big butt, so I've never given it much thought. I think it's a matter of having a naturally big butt. Sorry, I know this doesn't help.

8-10 reps is optimum for hypertrophy. This will help your muscles grow and make your butt firmer and rounder. Squats, Walking Dumbbell Lunges and Stiff Legged deadlifts will all help you get the look you desire.

eat black food, cuz that made my butt get twice as big in a few days, but make sure to work out your stomach so you dont look like the blob, and if that dont work do some butt exercises

Go to a gym and get a personal trainer. Tell him/her you want to develop your butt and thighs, they will know what to do.
