I watch a lot of shows with my 3 year old.....
i think the most annoying characters are:
Ruby from Max and Ruby
Lola from Charlie and Lola
Beaver from Franklin
the duck from wonder pets.....
what do you all think?

Urkle. and everybody from finished dwelling house. i won't be in a position to easily choose for considered one of them. God I hate that tutor. There had to be a minimum of one over the right demanding character on each ABC sitcom interior the ninety's

I used to think they were ALL annoying, and then I had a kid, and found out that some are WAAAAY more annoying than others. I hate Barney, the most, followed closely by that b*tch JoJo.

I absolutly will always dislike Barney! If I had to pick a character from a newer show it would be....Boohbah! I hate that show!!!
