There was this really stupid funny movie I saw like 4 yrs ago maybe a little more...I can barely remember but its called something like To Wong Foo... or something like that...where he's fighting with a cow and then the cow beats him up...help meeeee..i cant remeber the exact name and I already looked in the IMDB... so...

There was a movie called To Won Foo, Thanks For Everything, Julie Newmar.
It had Patrick Swayze, Wesley Snipes and John Leguzamo as drag queens trying to get to Hollywood for the Miss Drag Queen contest. Their car breaks down in a small town so they're stuck there. They stay with a woman (Stockard Channing) who's husband abuses her and they end up turning the whole town upside down. It's a pretty good movie, but I don't remember a cow. Christopher Penn plays a deputy who pulls them over and tries to get fresh with Patrick Swayze then realizes he's a man and tries the whole movie to find him.

I don't know the name of the movie you're referring to (sorry), but I had to let you know "To Wong Foo..." had no cow fighting in it.
I just wanted to get you out of that mind set so you could focus on another direction!
