You should use a facial exfoliator, something gentle, i.e. The Body Shop's Aloe Vera Facial Exfoliator is great for sensitive skin, and its really gentle, use that twicw a week, and use a good moisturiser. Just ask in one of their shops for a skin consultation, they are really helpful, and if you book in advance you can get a free makeover as well.

To get rid of the bums just give them a dollar or a little alcohol and they will stop bothering you.

wash your face with a natural, gentle soap and cold water to keep your pores refreshed. Try this cucumber soap. I'm a nurse trust me you dont need proactive or anything like that.

wash with face wash not with soap. Soap is bad for your face. Coca butter is meant for skin not face. Use a moisturizer.

I hope you mean bumps - bums would be quite odd.
Are these acne or something else?
