How many tables can I take if Im pregnant? I can only say that it basically doesn't work on me. My normal does is two, but now I'm pregnant and I would rather be safe than sorry taking it. How many tables is consider as safe to pregnant women?

2 regular strength ones 4-6 times a day is considered safe. Ask your doc if you need to take extra strength ones or anything other than tylenol.

You should take one every 4 to 6 hours just like the bottle says. You should do that even when not pregnant.
Taking more than one pill, or even taking them too often causing erosion of your stomach lining. My husband actually has this right now he used to take two or three at a time and now his stomach looks like the top of a cutting board all sliced and diced looking and it is painful.

My doctor said that I could take 3 regular strength or 2 extra strenght tylenol's. Just don't take IB Profin its a blood thinner.

Tylenol is the safest meds to take during pregnancy but check with your doctor first

you can still follow the dosing schedule on the bottle. Don't exceed 6 in 24 hours because it may cause liver problems.

you can take 2 "extra" strength tylenol if you are taking regular strength you are ok taking two
