Not unless you can hire a really good attorney and find a reason that they should not be made public. Public records are just that .. Public and open for anyone to see. Good Luck ! :)

Not legally.. But there is one way.. Call Britain tell them to send over MI-6... They will hire professional agents to recon/enter/acquire documents/return.. basically they will enter The citys Hall of public records.. Find your file and return.. But DAMN the IRS.. they have another copy... its a vicious cycle..
