Do you already have the picture you want to upload?
Use photobucket (FOR FREE) to upload the picture from your computer, then copy the "tag" code. Paste the "tag" code on your myspace page while in edit profile mode.
Note: When you delete pics from your photobucket account, it will delete them from wherever you placed them on the net.

The picture has to be saved onto your computer. Where you find the picture will depend on where it is saved. Most pictures by default are saved in "my documents" -->> "my pictures." If it isn't saved there I don't know what to tell you.
