I'm a mudkip that's level 10 i know watergun,mudslap, tackle,growl. Partner-Cyndaquil that's level 11, Moves are, smokescreen,tackle, and leer. What level is skarmory?

well, have you tried it already?
skarmory's level is 10, and he has 65 hp, according to the nintendo strategy guide.
boss fights aren't hard enough in this game, because they never last more than one round.
if you are really concerned about the fight, link mudkip's watergun+tackle+growl, and link cyndaquil's leer+tackle+smokescreen. then go into the menu Team>cyndaquil>moves and take the star off the linked moves, re-star it when you get to skarmory
usually i go into boss fights between 5-10 levels below the level of the boss

he doesnt have a level if u think u can take him try it is the only way to find out just save the game right b4 then if u lose turn it off n try again

well i have red myself and i'm a bulbasaur named belle and my partner is a cyndaquil named cyndi. they don't say what level skarmory's at but belle & cyndi defeated it along with zapdos,
moltres,& articuno . i'm still amazed i beat them :)
