You're getting there...but it could still take a few days before you actually deliver. Of course, you could be one of the lucky folks who will fully efface and dilate all the way to 10 in just a few hours. Any contractions?

every one is different...you could stay that way for a while. most hospitals don't do epidurals before 5cm. you have to get to 10cm they may even ask you to bare down to become 100% effaced. The first five take the longest for most people. That's when the contractions become more constant and regular.

Yes and no.
I myself walked around for about two weeks like that.
then a friend of mine went from 3 to 8 within a day. It just depends on your body and how fast you will be. If you want the baby out now and it is of a safe number of weeks to deliver, start walking around and try to help yourself dilate. If you don't want the baby just yet, sit back and relax.

Just relax...

You will know when you are in full labor and ready to go.

Be patient however and enjoy your last days of being pregnant. It took you 9 months to get to this point...enjoy it.

well the safest answer would be yes, but some people can be different and have to wait that little bit longer. good luck and congrats form Australia

depends on how quick ya effacement goes and if you've had another kids so how quick labor goes basically ask ya doctor for your condition.
