I am 7 weeks right now and do not have a tubal pregnancy. I had an ultrasound and everything looks normal right now. I am still worried though. Sometimes, I cramp and sometimes it is just dull pain. But the pain is pretty constant. I really don't want to loose this baby as we have been trying for a year and a half to even get pregnant.

if you've been checked for a tubal pregnancy and been given the all clear, then yes all the cramping is normal. i had exactly the same thing. i wasn't worried about an ectopic pregnancy, but the dr's were and so they gave me a scan. everything was ok with the baby, but didn't provide an explanation as to why i was cramping so badly. the only conclusion i came to was that the hormones are playing absolute havoc with your digestive system and will continue to do so for quite some time. i'm now 10 weeks. the cramps lasted from wk 6-8, then the vomiting started once a day, then up to 2 and 3 times a day. so don't be surprised if the vomiting starts next. hopefully then (so i'm told) after about 12 weeks it gets better. peppermint isn't always recommended during pregnancy, but check with your dr about mint tablets that relax the stomach and intestinal muscles so they don't cramp. good luck!

The cramping is fine (i did it until my 2nd trimester) its just your uterus changing. i know it fells like your trying to start your period. As long as the cramping is not associated w/ blood its fine.

good luck and CoNgRaTs!
