What do you care about? What do you love? Nature? Musical theater? Rap? Helping the unfortunate? New York City? Hollywood? Old-fashioned Judaism, a la Fiddler on the Roof?
Pick a favorite interest or hobby and build a theme around that.
You might even pick a favorite Bible story or Bible character and build a theme around that, such as Ruth or Esther or Miriam or Eve.
Do you even need a theme? How about just a festive gathering with your family and friends, celebrating your becoming a woman?
Go see the movie Keeping Up with the Steins. That might help you choose a theme and center upon the important things of your Bat Mitzvah.
BTW, my 50th birthday is coming up. I was thinking of a theatrical theme, but then I got a vision of a "Taste of Heaven" based upon the more positive images of the New Testament book of Revelation. I've found Judaistic "Taste of Heaven" page, a Sabbath celebration, and I'll share that with you here:

Anyway, Mazel Tov on your Bat Mitzvah!

If I were in your position, I think I'd pick Women of Valor. Another idea is focusing on family. Select the generations before you, as much as you can, then talk about how their life's struggles enabled you to be a Bat Mitzvah. You can start with the Jewish women, maybe beginning with Sarah, and how the sacrifices through the generations affected your generation. How are they different? How are they the same?
Above all, speak from your heart. Speak with all the sincerity that you feel and thank your immediate family, especially your mother and other female relatives for being role models for you.
G-d bless you and the very, very best on your special Bat Mitzvah day.

You've been studying your faith for HOW long....and you don't know what the theme of all this is?????
Honey, you had better to talk to your spiritual director and your rabbi REAL fast and see if you're ready for this step----you're going to be transitioning to the status of an adult, religiously (if memory's correct, and bat mitzvah is feminine equivalent of "today, I am a man" and stepping to read the Torah)!
Yes, it can be intimidating---it BETTER be, for mercy's sake; I recall feeling very, very tiny at 13, the first time I knelt to receive communion.
Better think and talk NOW, rather than fake a commitment or belief, in my not-so-humble opinion.
Good luck!
