i like good judgment questions. actual there is an straight forward answer for right here in the U.S. They pay attention to the factors forecasts. interior sight and State Departments of Transportation the two have a settlement with climate forecasting companies which alert them as situations replace into favorable for snow accumulations or ice formation. Or they alter into very close with the forecasters of the interior sight climate provider places of work. the regularly could have the vans and plows arranged one to 2 days in develop. they regularly will initiate making waiting bridges and overpasses nicely earlier the 1st snow starts or ice varieties with sand and/or melting chemical factors. After the commencing up of a snow or ice hurricane, it is often 12 hours on and 12 hours off for the crews till the hurricane is over and the roads are extremely sparkling.

They drive a Land Rover, because nothing, but NOTHING stops a land rover!
Or maybe they take the snow-plough home and drive that to work.
Or maybe snow-ploughs are driven by little fairies who fly to work.
Or maybe.........it's just time for my medication.

Snow mobiles, snow shoes, ski, or even a good four-wheel drive with heavy chains. It can be done & many people do it. They have my utmost respect & they've not only dug out roads around me, but they've dug out my car more than once and even dug enough to help me find my dang house once.
lol, now that was trippy.

Think about ... where his or her work is ya dingbat! It could be on their premises or just down the road. Honestly, it's not that difficult. Next we'll be having one about the bleedin tree fallin in the forest - if no-one can hear the tree falling does it make a sound? Good grief!

Given the number of times this question has already been asked on here, if you don't already know the answer then it seems pointless to tell you now.
Please, for the love of God, no more.
