Cover them in cayenne pepper or some other hot but not damaging food-stuff. Do this for several days and they will associate your wipers with an unpleasant sensation and stop doing it. Will they tell their friends I wonder? If not you may have to repeat the process a few times.

wd40 on the rubber or similar water displacent spray..only a little bit...however beware that it can kill the squirrel if they choose to ingest it and can cause rubber fatigue over time...but they will last longer than if the squirrels had them

try rubbing their nuts... on anything but the windscreen wipers... what kind of lubricant do you put on them to keep them supple.... try something other than oil. That is what attracts them.

Go to a pet shop and buy some Bitter Apple.Put it on the wipers.One taste and they will leave them alone,and it's not harmful to them.
