I dated a girl for a whale and shy told my she loved me but a few day's later told me that she wasn't ready for a relationship right now.
I respected her decision and waited for her to tell me when she would like to get back together. During this time she told me numerous times she loves me.
But later I found out she was seeing another guy.

My point I am trying to make is that it's hard to tell if some one really loves you.
I guess all you can do is to decide if you trust this person enough, to belief them or not.
Good Luke!

By "unavailable" do you mean a person who is married or in a committed relationship?
Um... No. Because by being in a relationship and telling you s/he loves you, it makes the person a liar and a cheater to the person s/he's currently with.
You know what they say: If they do it with you, they'll do it to you.
PS- why are you with someone who is unavailable??? Stop it.

THE GAME IS ON. This person is using evasive tactics to manipulate you. Move On! This is a time waster and can really hurt you. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS AN UNAVAILABLE "FRIEND". Been there... done that....might as well warn you and turn it around to benefit someone else as it did not benefit me!
