What is going on with Maverick (MVK)????

Maverick stock has not moved in much over a month, what is going on here?? I have never seen anything like it.

They got a buy out offer a few months ago for $65 a share. As the stock deal gets closer to certainty, the stock has edged closer to the buy out price.
