Do you mean acne?
Acne is caused when dirt, oil and impurities penetrate into your skin causing you to breakout.

It is caused by bacteria that gets trapped under the skin and causes an infection. The puffiness and whiteheads indicate a breakout.
To get rid of them, you need to begin to daily take care of your skin. Murad has some good products. Cleanse, exfoliate and moisturize daily and you will see the breakouts less often.

I'm proably guessing you mean acne right? Well acne is causeed by growing up and hormones. Its a part of growing up....jsut eat healthy and wash your face two times a day if you start to get it.
