Before you hire someone, I would look at what you can do for your business. How much advertising do you do and where do you do it? Is it local and concentrated on people wanting to hear your message? Does it make sense to create a coupon so that people can try out your service? Could you start a referral program with your existing customers so that they get a discount for referring customers?

How many new customers could you or do you want to take on right now?
