sorry to hear about your situation... but maybe try asking you father for your documents... and if things are really that bad, you may have to get the police involved... :( I hope things get better for you ....

its important you try and find professional adult advice.
ask for help from places where you can get trustworthy professional advice from adults who can supervise you with what you need to be doing at this moment, this is very important.
it is not a good idea to approach your dad yourself, since things are very heated and not correct, he needs to be confronted by an adult and this matter should be handled in a professional and proper manner.
start by going to a councillor, a teacher, your school, go to your borough council, the police, social services- call help lines and ask for professional advice and the correct thing to do.
it will do your self good if you dont associate yourself with upsetting, negative or unhealthy types of people like that, who can strongly influence the way you think, act or live. your parents have acted irresponsibly. this isnt how adults should behave or how parents should act.
this can be quite scarey since your quite young, but you do have a life ahead of you. so work on your future. focus on things that are going to help you. Have a positive idea / dream on your future and work towards it. mostly focus time and effort on education and work. its important you aim for your own wellbeing. remember you have alot to learn and to go through yet.
Be positive.
i also suggest you go councilling for a while, until you can move on with a good and healthy mind.
search the net for contacts and information you might need. and get professional advice and an adult to supervise you on what you should be doing. i hope everything will turn out better then what it is now. try to surround your self with positive, trustworthy company if you have any.

If you are in the UK you can obtain a copy of your original birth certificate from the births, marriages and deaths office, if you want to go by your original name. They will also have a record of your name change.
Go to the citizens advice, they will tell you on the best course of action. They do have solicitors go in and give their time for free.

Take them to the county court, the judge will order them back. How old were you when they changed your name as they can't do it after 16 years. You don't actually need the docs, you can call yourself by your original name and use that forever as long as it the name that all know you by.

did you had a passport issued on the new name ? if yes than you can ring them and they can find your record if not than i would suggest to contact a citizen advise bureau to get a free legal advise to how to obtain new document if you have lost one.
