Saggy breasts:
1. Make sure to wear supportive bras.
2. Work out, cardio and a few yoga moves.
Stretch Marks:
1. Put cocoa butter or shea butter on your stomach every morning and every night.
2. Actually it isn't very well known, but rubbing your stomach every little while when you near the end of your pregnancy works really well.
Good luck!

saggy breast I do not know about but for strech marks I used palmer's cocoa butter formula massage cream for stretch marks and it worked wonders. I mean I was 100 pounds before getting pregnant and I blew up in the belly. and my boobs was a size b and went to a size d. And I used that I wanna say from like 5 or 6 months on and have no strech marks whats so ever. Only have to use it 2 times a day too so its not that bad

For "saggy" breasts wear a sports bra or really supportive bra while during the time you are breastfeeding since your breasts will grow bigger, it will put less stess on the skin if they are well supported, even when sleeping. Apply a cocoa butter cream to them as well. Some breast creams are ok to use while breast feeding, just check the label, or use a warm wet washcloth to clean the lotion off before feedings.
Keep your skin well hydrated with a mosturizing lotion, preferably cocoa butter lotion to keep it from tearing and to give it more elasticity. Sometimes stretch marks are un-avoidable though.
Hope this information helps!

For saggy breasts, just wear a decent bra, and as far as the stretch marks are concerned, either use Cocoa butter with Vitamin E Collagen & Elastin, or use Almond oil. That should do the trick.

The only way I've found it to exercise. Even if you didn't before, start now. Drink lots of water since it helps maintain elasticity in your skin and exercise. I've had four pregnancies and I'm the same size now as I was before my first and I don't have excessive stretch marks or "saggy" breast. It's all in how you take care of yourself.

For strech marks I hear Shey butter is great. Alot of people will say Coco butter, but that's second best. It smells great and makes your skin really smooth! I know you can get Shey butter products at Bath and bodyworks (They have a fragrence free line with shey butter if you want) as well as the body shop.

I know lots of women who have AMAZING bodies after pregnancy. They swear by wearing a girdle continuously after delivery so that the skin does not have a chance to get loose. Once that happens its kind of a lost cause because although you may lose the weight you may still have that little pooch. So wear supportive undergarments, even if it hurts, then at least you can get your body back. good luck

breasts do not necessarily sag after pregnancy. support them with good bras throughout. do some shoulder lifts later on. fro strech marks use good cocoa butter lotion from second trimester itself. it may help.

Yes, I nursed for 10 months and my baby sabotaged my breasts, Avon sells this stuff called bust sculpt, saved my boobs! And they have great cellulite and stretch mark creams too. They are priced around $16.
