learn the lesson and be more cautious. These things usually cost more money to resolve legally than the sum itself.

Never loan them money again...number one. Number two.....have you talked to them about possibly paying you back slowly maybe 20 or 30 bucks a week or month. That way it won't be one lump sum taken from there account at once. If they still refuse too, you just move on and lose a lot of respect for them. The disappointment and anger you have for that person will eventually go away but you will never forget. Be the better person and don't let it ruin your day.

maybe you have learnt a lesson never lend anyone money. if they can't get it from familyor the bank then there must be a reason.
You could got to the small calims court but is it worth it. suppose that depends on how much it was for.
If you want it back but your foot down and try and get back, come to a compromise like backing back in installmetns i know can be a pain but at least your getting it back. Or say they can pay with goods ie a wtach a tv or games console some things which would get the money back.

Well if you made a written agreement for this person to pay you back you can take it to court, and sue them for it back. If you didnt then that sucks, learn from your mistakes, because in the future someone else will ask for help, and if you do decide to let someone borrow money have a written agreement out.

Neither a lender nor borrower be, is possible. If you give someone money, forget about it. If they are that disprespectful that they refuse to pay you back, let it go and learn from the mistake

Basically, youre outta luck. If no agreements were signed then it is your word against his. You have no proof. You could take him to small claims court but odds are your just waste more time and money trying to get it back. Move on and dont lend money out anymore!

Borrow money from those people and refuse to pay back. Hey do not forget to listen to these golden words. When you are going to borrow do not tell them that your plan is to take revenge.

If you can show proof of lending, then go to small claims court. People are sworn under oath to tell the truth...So, possibly without proof, the truth will out and may be resolved in your favor.

Threaten to take them to small claims court. Usually they will crack and give you the money. If you know anyone that is a lawyer have them write a letter. It helps.

You can try to take them to small claims court, but if you did NOT get this transaction written on paper and signed by both parties, you almost have no recourse.
