Where did you visit and was it enjoyable?

Unfortunately, I haven't holidayed in Romania. Other than the U.S., I've visited the Caribbean and it was enjoyable.

I have been twice to Brasov in Transylvania (Dracula's castle is nearby and it's wonderful, not at all spooky although I wouldn't visit at night!) and to Bucharest. We also went skiing/snowboarding in Poiana Brasov. Everything is very cheap, the people are wonderful, accommodation is quite basic though.

Yes, and I wouldn't want to go back again. Only visited Bucharest, and found the place dirty and the people rude.

i didnt but my sister had her honeymoon there, loved it said everyone is friendly and very very cheap . saw some beutiful landscape and arcutecture photos she did over there....
