Every time we would fly out of LAX we would take a limo the the airport.
I used to be picked up after school in a limo.
I would take a limo to dinner or to go to a friends house.
When I'm in vegas we rent a limo.

Yes a few times. Once had a very wealthy friend and he would rent one for the night and go out and hit the town.

Yes on business trips. Taking a limo cost less then taking a taxi to the airport in my city. I am not sure that is the rule in all cities.

yes i have i went in one on my wedding day 4 years ago it was brilliant i felt like a film star as i pulled up at traffic lights and people were looking and wondering who was in it i felt special
