Do you need a license in the state of Ohio to do skip tracing and background searches?

I am very interested in starting my own business as a skip tracer and background searcher and need to know if it is a necessity to have a license before getting started. I have 10 solid years as a debt collector.

Due to the changing nature of skip tracing and bail bonding, I would recomend getting in touch with the National Surety Investigators Network (NSIN) for information and possible training.
