yes they can, but they gotta work on the defense. as you saw, they did score 27 points in the last quater, but the shouldn't have been scored on so many time. it the tighten up on defense they should get there.

Plain and simply-Yes. Last nights game, while it did show some vulnerability in the Giants defense, the fact of the matter is, they were playing the Seahawks, who up until that time, had only allowed one touchdown thus far. Eli Manning did his best considering the Seahawks onslaught and he did make a valiant effort at the end of the game to minimize the embarassment of the score. They just have to re-group and focus on the rest of the season. The playoffs are still within reach. Each playoff game will be a test for Manning but with fortitude and a lot of luck they can still be super bowl contenders.

The Giants are a solid team, a playoff team, and built to be a SB bound team. Unfortunately they have the second hardest schedule in the NFL (behind Cincy) and three really difficult games to start off the season, when normally teams still not fully clicking. They're lucky to be 1-2 and not 0-3 right now.
I don't know if you've watched any of their games but I'm a Jets fan and I watch and cheer for the Giants but they just seem to come out and start every game flat. They seem to lack the intensity that you see in a SB calibur team. It seems as if they have the mentality that they're a SB team and are taking that for granted instead of going out their and physically getting the job done. They've been beaten off the blocks by all three teams and that's not a good sign. Positively, they have the tools to do it and if they're going to make a run they need more intensity and stronger veteran leadership.

While I don't think the Giants are going to win the Superbowl I do believe you are overreacting to one game. I think the Giants are a contender and one of the better teams in the NFL but I myself do not believe they will win the NFC east. Most Superbowl champions have a game or two where they really stunk it up I wouldn't let one game change my opinion of a team one way or the other.

I doubt that they are going to repeat. It took various miracles for them to win it final three hundred and sixty 5 days the two in the great Bowl and video games maximum appropriate as much as the great Bowl (not that there is something incorrect with that, each so often it somewhat is extra appropriate to be fortunate than sturdy). i think of they have lots of satisfaction, and could not flow down actual. yet absolutely everyone's going to be gunning for them this three hundred and sixty 5 days. (their non-divisional video games this season would be against the AFC North besides as NFC West... additionally they play Carolina and Minnesota). Their power of schedule is ordinary. As continuously, injuries will play a evaluate how they do. final three hundred and sixty 5 days, they purely have been given warm on the amazing time. tricky to try this 2 years in a row. They deserved the championship they gained final season, besides the undeniable fact that it somewhat is tricky to flow back-to-back those days. i could be taken aback in the event that they did not make the playoffs, yet i don't think of they are going to make it back to the great Bowl this three hundred and sixty 5 days. Eli's in all probability nonetheless attempting to make your innovations up how they gained all of it final three hundred and sixty 5 days.

i think they can regroup but i don't really think they will they do not have a necesarly strong defense and offensive line but the offense is good with manning as QB if the defense actually plays good for the rest of the season they have a good chance to make it to the playoffs but they are not a superbowl team

No. While Eli has been great, their defense has been too suspect. A lot of great individual players but it seems that they can't get both sides of the ball to "click" at the same time...

No they are not. We are now entering Deja Vu, Colonel Coughlin's military style doesn't get it with today's players. You have to prove yourself as a good coach to get the players to buy into your scheme. This is Coughlins second time around at proving what a crappy coach he is.
