I like Herbal Essences Shampoo ad Conditioner, because they don't damage your hair and it makes it soft and silky, especially the conditioner. Granier Fructis is also good.

Yes. Absolutely any kind of shampoo - doesn't matter if it costs $1 or $20 - you'll ge the same result. Conditioner does make a difference, though. Pantene and Dove make good ones. Salon quality (Paul Mitchell, etc.) are good too. Dove is the best deal. Even their 2-in-1 product is decent. I've tried all of them. The end conclusion is that shampoo doesn't matter, but conditioner does.

Long term non-toxic botanical based shampoos and conditioners work the best, because they do not contain synthetics that strip your hair causing it to loose moisture and damaging the ends. Most mainstream shampoos and conditioners contain harmful chemicals that can add up over the years in your system and cause disease.
Choose a formula that will benefit the type of hair you have, dry hair needs moisture, week hair needs protein fine hair needs volumizing herbs and bulkers.

It depends on what kind of hair you have. Mine is naturally curly. I love all the CURLS ROCK products. Usually, I find a product and it works for awhile then stops working. I've used CURLS ROCKS for about 5 years and it keeps my hair ROCKIN'.

I have never gone wrong with matrix products. It depends on your type of hair though and mine is long, striaght, healthy, and thin. You should also change products every three to four months.
