Sorry to disappoint, but I think most people want serious answers to serious questions. It is not a chat-line.

If you ask a question that isn't really a question, somebody will report you. If you provide an answer that is not an answer, somebody will report you. It can be fun, to a certain extent, if you stay within these parameters. Some people here take it very seriously and object to anybody who is here for fun. Others seem to be here just to try to provoke people into being offended, just for the fun of it. It kind of depends on what you consider fun.

I don't think it matters either way. If people need it as a serious sight them it doesn't bother me and I have no problem trying to help if I can. If people use it to tell a joke or say something off the wall just for fun I have no problem making conversation with them either!

I guess it depends what people want to use this site for - a quick summary includes 1) friendship, 2) advice, 3) to try and get off with other people and 4) to start pointless debates!
