Hey u girls who live in America, Canada or anywhere else where it snows/gets really cold in winter, what does your winter wardrobe consist of? What are the must-have basics? What sort of accessories n brands do u own?

lots of long-sleeved t-shirts and jeans. Some insane people wear miniskirts (shivers). sweatshirts can look good with the right bottoms. i think leggings will be big this year, with miniskirts (okay that maybe...I live in Virginia btw, so it doesn;t get that cold...I used to live in upstate New York, it gets pretty cold there....) I like hot topic and American Eagle for winter (let's face it...abercrombie's material just isn't thick enough for winter!!!!), especially cause American Eagle came out with some new really comfortable-looking sweaters I wanna get. I also have a long-sleeved t-shirt from Hot topic that I love (I know some people think they're losers and they're kinda right, but I don't care as long as i don't have a whole wardrobe full of Hot Topic.) Also, some people just wear really big long-sleeved shirts and tie them in the back so they cling a little.
People also say the Uggs are out of style, but I still like them. Call me old fashioned.
The long and lean look is in, so there will probably be lots of long sweaters with leggings (I saw one girl wearing them already on a chilly-by-Virginia-standards day). i'm thinking of getting just a bunch of turtlenecks, I mean they can never fail. I also just got two new pairs of jeans, so I think I'm ready. All I need is some bubble skirts (because they make your thighs look smaller-I have a phobia bout my thighs being big, even though I know they are.)
So my favorite winter outfit:
my hot topics long-sleeved shirt that I LOVE!!!
possibly over a tank top if it's really cold.

Personally i fell liek evry teenage girl has a really cute coat either one of those cute southpole or aerocrombie bubble coats or a nice cute little pea coat. A cute lilttle hat with matching gloves and a scarf. As for the jeans and shirts let's use common snese you know that you're going to where long pants and cute sweaters...A nice pair a boots a pair of heels and the for when it's icey a pair of nice snow boats with the fur inside. But like i said thats just me i dont really get into brand names i dont really think it's that serious.

A down parka is a must. Ralph Lauren or Tommy Hillflinger are popular brands in California.
For everyday, jeans, sweaters and boots. For nice occasions a black dress or skirt and nice blouse with a wool coat and boots.

Sweaters, Hats, Scarfs, gloves/mittens, Makeup and accessories(earrings and sometimes necklaces to match) all in cute colors.
For instants: A light baby blue puffy jacket, dark demin jeans with a cute warm and fuzzy top, that match my baby blue earrings and makeup so I look, "Frosted in Baby Blue".
