Need help with a report( Not asking you to do it)?

Question

All I need are some facts about greek foods....classical and present...the tools used for making them...and please list at least 3 different types of foods

I will write my essay by myself, and believe me...I did alot of research, and all everything said was: "Order greek foods" "food ready for order" ect.

the most popular Greek food is souvlaki.
the ingredients. a fine kind of bread. slices of pork. tomato . onions.fried potatoes and tzatziki..souvlaki is easily made. the bread is outside and it is filled with the rest of the ingredients.

another traditional Greek salad is tzatziki.
this is a liquid mix of yogurt garlic olive oil. mint.peper. vinegar.and sticks of cucumber. it is just a mix. much yogurt and the rest of the ingredients.

All the other answers are rite.. check also the so called choriatiki salata.. its the greek salad.. tomato cucumber pepper onion greek feta cheese virgin olive oil oregano n salt..n sometimes olives too.. its very tasty n greeks eat it mostly in summers even as a main plate..

Greeks also have many kinds of pies.. here are some examples
cheese pie (tiropita) spinach pie (spanakopita) sausage pie (loukanikopita r loukanopita) ham-cheese pie (zabonotiropita) marrow pie both two kinds..sweet n salty (kolokithopita) etc !

a common fast food u can find almost everywhere at small shops while u walk on the streets its the souvlaki r the pita giros

tzatziki is served mostly with meats

Pork is used even more than lamb..

Feta psiti is feta cheese with tomato pepper oil n oregano cooked all together n served hot

Gemista is tomato r pepper r marrow flower r eggplant filled with rice n tomato sauce ..mostly eaten in summers

Pasticcio is pasta n chopped meat n a yummy white sauce..

Moussaka is eggplants chopped meat n this white suace agen lol

Roasted meat is very famous too n its served in all tavernas n psistaries .. there is one thursday (pempti) per year called tsiknopempti where greeks roast meat almost everywhere! so u can smell the tsikna..this smell of roasted meat..

Pizzas n pasta with tomato n white n all kind of sauces are also very famous

Bread white r brown ..

The only greek foods i know are gyros and baklava. do a search for "lamb meat" Greeks use a lot of lamb and olives
