yes, Paris Hilton does have a " lazy" left eye. she is still famous and liked by so many people for obvious reasons, eve though she is very fake. nobody really cares about her eye!

If you notice most people have one eyes thats smaller than the other.

Probably. Did you know most peoples' faces are not symmetrical, which means one eye is probably bigger than the other, except some not so noticeable.

I"ve noticed it not only on her but everyone you look at one eye is slightly different than the other. THen you start to notice one half of the body is slightly different.

It is called a lazy eye. I have one but it only is really noticable if I am tired or I have been reading alot.

It's not just you...It does appear that way when she smiles in pictures. Maybe she has a lazy eye.
