Ive stopped taking the pill on the 28th August, I spotted lightly for 3 days. I havnt had a period yet. Ive had the pains and cramp but still no sign of my period. Ive done a prego test but it is negitive. Whats going on with my body.

I was trying to conceive but was told i need a few months off the pill to get back to normal. I was prego within 3 wks off the pill. " Caught" is just an expression!

This happened to me recently - really embarassing - we told all our friends I was pregnant and a month later I got a period. Its your hormones going crazy after coming off the pill. I had morning sickness and everything. Hope this helps

A period for all women on the pill is a build up of hormones from the ovaries. Technically it's not blood. Because you have stopped taking the pill your body does not have enough build up of hormones to give you a full period. This is why you have had light spotting. The next period you have will be heavier as your body has had time to adjust. Do a pregnancy test again in 14 days.

Go to your doctor and ask for a blood test, they are more accurate than the ones you can buy. Alternatively, wait a couple of weeks and do another test. Or your period may have come on by then. It can take a few months for your body to settle down after being on the pill.

It sounds like you body is changing give it a couple of days maybe your aunt flow will come in. After you stop taking the pill it will need some time before you actually get prego.

You could still be pregnant, give it a couple more weeks if you want the baby, time will tell, you can spot even if you are with child.

You said you 'CAUGHT' (?) your first pregnancy 3 weeks after you stopped the pill. 'Prego'(?)
Getting PREGNANT It's not a disease. Doesn't sound like you want to get pregnant...might as well stay on the pill.

technically....your bodies coming down off a drug...give it time to recover.
