The Secret Window had a really great twist at the end. Another good one is Gossip, we had to watch that one a 2 times in a row we were so suprised.

Identity starring John Cusack - I really did not see that coming.
I love the film and think it's brilliant but when I first went to see it at the cinema both me and the other three people came out going "whaaat???". Maybe I'm a little slow but I didn't expect them all to be different aspects of his personality - genius! And as for the kid being the murderer - I almost choked on my popcorn!

You should see the Matchstick Men Starring Nicolas Cage,
Very Unexpected Ending.
Its a story about a Con Man with Psychological Fear about being Outdoor.
Great Story Great Actors.

Look,I dont know if this is the best twist EVER,but I remember I couldnt believe the end if "The Sixth Sense"..that was a good twist!Thats the first one that came to mind..Oh,and two other great twists were"Seven"and "The Usual Suspects"..I liked those too..
