i agree. for example, a lot of top badminton players in the world are using left hand.

and a look!

A common belief suggests that left-handed people are more intelligent or creative than right-handed people. While there is an unresolved debate within the scientific community on how to operationalize both intelligence and creativity, some studies have demonstrated a small positive correlation between left-handedness and creativity/intelligence.

In his book Right-Hand, Left-Hand,[18] Chris McManus of University College London, argues that the proportion of left-handers is rising and left-handed people as a group have historically produced an above-average quota of high achievers. He says that left-handers' brains are structured differently in a way that widens their range of abilities, and the genes that determine left-handedness also govern development of the language centres of the brain.

In Britain, around 11% of men and women aged 15-24 are now left-handed, compared to just 3% in the 55-64 age category.[19] McManus suggests a number of factors that may be driving this increase:

Left-handers were severely discriminated against during the 18th and 19th centuries and it was often "beaten out" of people
In adulthood, left-handers were often shunned by society, resulting in fewer marrying and reproducing
As discrimination was reduced in the 20th century, the number of natural left-handers who stayed left-handed increased
The rising age of motherhood contributed as, statistically, older mothers are more likely to give birth to left-handed children
McManus says that the increase could produce a corresponding intellectual advance and a leap in the number of mathematical, sporting, or artistic geniuses.

Unfortunately, they tend to be over-represented at both ends of the intellectual scale, and as well as geniuses, the group also produces a disproportionately high number of those with learning handicaps. There have been suggestions of links between left-handedness and dyslexia, stuttering, and child autism, among other disabilities.[citation needed]

In 2006, researchers at Lafayette College and Johns Hopkins University in a study found that left-handed men are 15% richer than right-handed men for those who attended college, and 26% richer if they graduated. The wage difference is still unexplainable and does not appear to apply to women.[20]

As well as possible intelligence advantages, being left-handed can also bring about other benefits, including:

Warrior and shield: Warriors hold their shield with their left hand to protect the heart which is slightly on the left-side of the body. This leaves the right hand free for weapon use.
Brain hemisphere division of labor: The premise of this theory is that since both speaking and handiwork require fine motor skills, having one hemisphere of the brain do both would be more efficient than having it divided up.
Advantage in hand-to-hand Combat: Left-handers have a 'surprise' factor in combat, since the majority of the population is right-handed.

i am left handed . i don't know if there is any one difference in abilities of one to the other. the side of the brain that is used more often is different left use right and right use left . both sides do have there different functions. there is also a link between the two sides and this enables people who have had strokes or brain damage to switch to the use of the other side of the brain and as such carry on. more is being learned about the brain and what each little part does right down to pin point sized area's . i don't know but over all this is a right handed world at least in the west and so left handed people are more porn to accidents because so many things are made for right handed people with no thought given to how a left handed person will use the device. this says to me that we must be adaptive at least.

i think that the "level" of intelligence isn't necessarily different just because someone is left or right-handed. its the way the person uses their intelligence. right-handed people use their intelligence in more creative fashions than do left-handed people. left-handed people generally seem to use their intelligence in a somewhat scientific manner. which hand you use determines which is the stronger side of your brain. a right-handed person is left-brained (creativity); a left-handed person is right-brained (logic). did you also know that you can tell by looking at a persons eyes whether they are right or left-handed? every human has one eye thats a tad bit smaller than the other. if you have a smaller right eye, you are right-handed, and vice versa. someone told me that once and i started paying attention and its true like 99.99% of the time. sometimes its just hard to tell which eye is smaller cuz you have to be looking at them straight on.

Everything in this world is made for right handed people. Therefore left handed people are constantly tested on how to not use their dominant hand where as right handed people feel at comfort in their daily tasks. The lefties are always problem solving creating a higher level of fixitness and creativity.

I don't think it's a difference in intelligence - just a different way of thinking.

Perhaps some people associate areas in which left-brained people excel more with genius.

I think they show a higher aptitude in different subjects. Left handed people are more creative-minded, while righties are more logically minded.

Yes. Because to use your left hand you have to use the right side of your brain, the creative side.
