The best one I've seen was the one I saw a few years ago - nonpolitical in nature - and dedicated to all those jackasses who insist on talking on their cell phones while driving and causing accidents. Very simple, yet eloquent: "Hang up and Drive."
Living in Texas, the best political one is the Kinky Friedman for Governor one that asks the question, "Why The Hell Not?"
